Nicolene is an ex-Olympic race walker with a number of SA records under her belt. She is a pastry chef and specialises in bespoke cakes and pasties. She has a number of years of experience providing such bespoke confectionery to a very satisfied clientele. Nicolene has a keen eye for detail that will add to every event. Her soft touch and supportive personality make Nicolene the perfect partner to head up Salt-Events, complementing Sanesh and ensuring that every event benefits from their unique collaboration.
